The new owners are very nice. They had an issue with cheese inventory and had to order a different cheese, which was causing some issues with the pizza, They immediately recognized the issue, owned the mistake, and went obove what most Resturant owners would do, and personally went to the Other Gino's location( Not owned by them) and got some of the Cheese they usually use, Made my entire order again, including the wedges which had no issues at all, and sent it to me the next evening for dinner. I ordered again today, and the pizza was delicious! Back to the usual cheese, which is great! The wedges are also really good. This is one of the only pizza places we order from, so I'm glad the new owners are still serving delicious pizza! Highly recommend the pizza, and it's reasonably priced$ ~ Based B
I had an amazing experience at Gino’s Pizza, all thanks to Veerubha! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their service, and it really shows. Veerubha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from helping with the order to making sure the food came out just right. His positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience even better. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious. Honestly, this is one of the best Gino’s Pizza locations I’ve ever been to, and Veerubha is a big reason why. He truly makes customers feel valued and appreciated. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend it, especially if you get served by Veerubha. Exceptional service, great vibes, and fantastic food. I’ll definitely be coming back! ~ sara s
I WAS WATCHING KILLER STORIES ON NETFLIX I HEARD A SUDDEN KNOCK ON THE DOOR I HAD TO REACH FOR A CHICKEN DRUMSTICK JUST TO CONTINUE THIS REVIEW I COULDN'T GET A PIZZA ANYWHERE SO I CALLED THIS NUMBER GINOS PIZZA KING ST HAMILTON I ASKED THEM IF I COULD DELIVER SOME PIZZA I WON'T TALK ABOUT THIS ITS CONFIDENTIAL. GINOS PIZZA IS BUSSIN. I WAS LOOKING TO DELIVER SOME PIZZA AND MAKE SOME CASH. GINOS PIZZA IS UNDERRATED. I'M USUALLY ON MY IPHONE AND I HEARD A DIFFERENT RINGTONE I HEARD THE ELEVATOR. LISTEN I JUST TOOK A BITE AND MY HEAD JUST HIT THE HEADBOARD OF MY BED.
