The new owners are very nice. They had an issue with cheese inventory and had to order a different cheese, which was causing some issues with the pizza, They immediately recognized the issue, owned the mistake, and went obove what most Resturant owners would do, and personally went to the Other Gino's location( Not owned by them) and got some of the Cheese they usually use, Made my entire order again, including the wedges which had no issues at all, and sent it to me the next evening for dinner. I ordered again today, and the pizza was delicious! Back to the usual cheese, which is great! The wedges are also really good. This is one of the only pizza places we order from, so I'm glad the new owners are still serving delicious pizza! Highly recommend the pizza, and it's reasonably priced$ ~ Based B

I had an amazing experience at Gino’s Pizza, all thanks to Veerubha! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their service, and it really shows. Veerubha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from helping with the order to making sure the food came out just right. His positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience even better. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious. Honestly, this is one of the best Gino’s Pizza locations I’ve ever been to, and Veerubha is a big reason why. He truly makes customers feel valued and appreciated. I am very happy to write a review after visiting Gino's Pizza in Hamilton and noticed some good changes from earlier used to be. I had pizza frequently last year when I used to visit Hanilton for some project related. I visited the same location after almost 1 year and found some noticeable changes. The new management is very good and friendly. The quality of pizza is excellent now where it used to be before. I ordered extra large pizza with 4 toppings and visited the store in the given time frame. The pizza was just ready as soon as I entered the store, and it was very fresh. I could not stop myself to take one slice of it and taste it. My son and family members like the taste very good, and we will be ordering most frequently. The taste is excellent, with fresh vegetables and a good amount of cheese. The price is worth it. In general, new management is very friendly and the store is very clean and hygiene. A++++ ~ H P

This pizza place has been here for some time now I feel they don't get enough credit with there service and professionalis the staff are nice and patient with customers also there pizza is awesome no complaints at all 5 put 5 stars for sure the only issue is not under there control is the location in the middle of dt gore park ppl out there. And be shady and well everyone knows the serious problems with downtown but other than that perfect score for the environment out side it's a 4 inside in. There is no other Ginos location which compares to this one. The owner is excellent, she's super friendly. The food is NOT comparable... slices are always hot and fresh, they put so much cheese and tons of toppings, not too doughy... I used to visit this Ginos once a week when I worked nearby. Now, I work in Ancaster and the Ginos near my new workplace is totally not comparable at all. I would travel to downtown Hamilton JUST for their pizza. 10/10 ~ Jay M

I can't say enough good things about Gino's Pizza! This place exceeded my expectations, from the friendly staff to the incredible pizza. The staff always welcomes you with a smile. They are attentive without being overbearing, frequently checking in to make sure your food and drinks are satisfactory. And the pizza! I use to come in daily when I worked and attended school downtown. Now that I work out of the city I occasionally pop in. An enjoy a warm slice The service is awesome and the prices are decent. My children and I had a wonderful experience at this Gino’s location. We all enjoyed the pizzas we had, everything was beyond fresh and the owners and staff are amazing! It is obvious they take great pride in their product and deeply care about the customer experience. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma pizza, it was amazing! We stumbled over Gino’s Pizza and it was a great experience. We ordered a medium to eat in, and the pizza was amazing. But what impressed me most was the service - to all customers. Not just the high paying orders. Staff was kind and considerate to everyone who came in. Whether to buy just a slice or a to buy pop and use the washroom. Well done Gino’s staff! Worker was super nice, super helpful and even through on a couple of extra toppings for free and added in a free dipping sauce really grateful for the service and the extra courtesy that wasn’t expected so really appreciate having service like this. Would recommend somebody to come here if they’re down just for simple pizza. ~ Robert S

If you're looking for delicious pizza, look no further than this! I have to say, their pizza is some of the best I've ever tasted. One thing that sets this pizza apart is the base. It's the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of thickness. Every bite is a delight, and I love how the base holds up to the toppings. ~ faeem s

I didn’t or couldn’t comment on the atmosphere, as this was a pick up order. I can’t eat much, so this day (07/04/2023) I don’t and can’t eat that much, ordered a small thin crust Pepperoni and cheese pizza. My wife placed the order, and waited about 13-15 minutes, she brought the pizza home (live a short distance) from there. Pizza was still hot, came with one Ranch Dipping sauce. It was very good, we also got a hot fresh slice of Pepperoni the 2 weeks prior as we were at the music festival Hamilton, ON has in Gore Park every Thursday during the summer months (during the afternoon l). That slice that day, the pizza had just come out of the oven, piping hot. (thats the kind of pizza I like) burns the top of your mouth. This slice was excellent, plenty of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on it, crust was nice and thin and crunchy and sauce had a nice kind of sweet taste. That’s why we returned, we we’re going to another pizza place (they we’re excellent when 1st opened) and have been severely disappointed the last couple of times there. Their quality regressed from when they first opened. So I wouldn’t be hesitant in trying out another one here at Gino’s when I’m in the mood for pizza again. Bravo ~ Robert M

I went their today and asked for the poutine, but thankfully the guy working over there informed me that it has beef sauce. Being a vegetarian, I really appreciate it. But they managed to make me something vegetarian that looked like poutine, large fries topped with some veggies and sauces. Mihir did a great job making it. ~ Lovepreet K

Just when I thought of giving up on this place, their staff proved me wrong. With Excell service & good pizza... they earned me back as a customer. The key with any pizza chain establishment is consistency. This place is consistently serving fresh slices with great variety of flavors/toppings. I work on the road, I’ve tried a lot of pizza places. This one does not mess around - massive slices and toppings that fall off there’s so much. Staff were fantastic and friendly, and clearly take pride in their work and this franchise. Don’t bother with national pizza a few doors down. ~ Paul B

As a group of young girls out for pizza at night. we were scared when a random man started harassing us while we were eating. The workers from Gino’s scared the man away and locked the doors, making sure we were safe until we got a ride home. They made us feel so safe and comfortable!! ~ Brianne W
